温度は125～145℃とかなーり暑いです。
一番上の段は暑すぎて入れなので2段にすわりましたが、7分くらいしか入れなかった。
3セット目は、150℃近くあってので、1番下の段でも、6分ほどしか入れなかった。

水風呂は、多分18℃くらいと、冷たすぎず入りやすい。

シャワーも4つあり、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも完備。
タオルも付いているので、基本手ぶらで行っても大丈夫。

休憩用は、ソファーが10っ個くらいあって、それぞれに灰皿も完備。
早速、サウナ前に1本いただきました。
サウナパンツを履けば、サウナの合間にも利用可能で、使いやすい。
